Through the writing of a fictional tale taking place in Notokia, city of nowhere, the adopted posture aims to keep aloof from reality. In his book Utopia, Thomas More focuses on the urban environment of his imaginary world, thinking that in a given society, dwellings determine spatial organization and behaviour of its citizens. Utopia is the perfect island, a timeless place which is the mirror of the social reality of England of XVIth century.
